Breakfast was above average, the room was spacious, and the bedding on the main bed was wonderful, yet the fold‑out couch was an abomination—people need something they can actually sleep on, with matching bedding. Rooms are getting a bit dated, the bathroom floor was sticky, we stayed for 5 nights, and for the price we expected at least some room‑service like emptying the garbage.

The spacious suite had a well‑equipped kitchen and plenty of convenient parking, though it is a little bit far from the Burlington waterfront.
