The location, room layout, and elevator were good, but the windows were very dirty, most of the connections were incompatible with converters or the plug of the iron, the coffee machine didn’t work, the main bed sheet was stored dirty and too long, there was only one trash can in the bathroom, I asked for cleaning and they didn’t take the trash, and when I tried to check out they didn’t respond quickly or open the door at Hotel Berna.

The spot was spot on—just a short walk from the train station and the main sights. The place was spotless and cozy, with a helpful elevator and air conditioning. The front‑desk lady was super friendly and packed us with useful tips. It felt more like a hotel than a regular apartment, and a gas stove with proper cooking tools would have been nice.

Ottima struttura in posizione eccellente. L’unica pecca è il rumore proveniente dalla strada, poiché il serramento non chiudeva bene.
