“Attenzione truffa”
Unfortunately almost nothing was good. The bed was fine. We had to pay extra for sheets, which was of course specified after booking. Beware, this is a scam. It is a boat moored on the shore, facing the street. The photos and everything that the place sends you in the link are a huge joke. They try to charge for every type of service. There are other identical boats that are great, functional, but they gave me a stuck boat on the shore. Something truly absurd. When we arrived they told us that there was water for showers and how the bathroom worked! We only rinsed our teeth, but by the third or fourth time we used the bathroom the water was FINISHED. There was no one. Leave yourself there. All the other Germans with other floating houses rightly leave there and enjoy the lake, the castle, etc. We were the ones left stuck. We had also asked if paying could arrange a tour, but they said there was no staff. So, no water, no view of the castle or anything, no bathroom, none of us took a shower, at night I think I killed 200 spiders. It was an invasion. We left. Obviously no one you can contact. Finally, the portholes in the rooms are open to the light. We couldn't find a way to accommodate them. In any case we didn't stay there overnight. Between the service and the paid towels and sheets the price feels like a 5-star. I repeat. It is a shame that booking doesn't flag anything but it is a real scam. I hope I saved someone with my review. Don't go!
