The room and bathroom were roomy, yet a broken window pane and a tiny balcony that barely fits the hanging chair were disappointing.

The activities offered were enjoyable, and there were no drawbacks.

The food was tasty, the trails inside the hotel are worth exploring, the waterfall has a small beach that’s great for kids, and there’s a heated kiddie pool. The shower was warm enough and the bed was comfortable.

The staff are amazing, very attentive and friendly. The food is delicious. Every night there’s a different activity to do, and my son loved it.
