The room was good, nothing more.
The night manager was super friendly, but our air conditioning stopped working. He checked it, moved us to a different room at 9 pm, gave us a partial refund and Bonvoy points, and did everything he could. The beds, however, were extremely hard—absolutely terrible.
The location was great.
“Wonderful time”
The place was spotless and the staff were fantastic.
“Stopped to sleep which did not happen much due to the loud AC, dog barking. Booking said breakfast was included in price”
The room was clean, but the highway noise made it hard to sleep.
