The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location in Musanze is perfect. The breakfast was decent, but the hotel feels outdated, especially the rooms, and the whole place needs a major overhaul and modernization. The room is a bit noisy because the main road is nearby, which could disturb light sleepers.

The staff were great, but I expected more value for the price. The grounds are nice and we ate by the pool each time. However, the desk did not offer currency exchange.

I've never experienced such top-notch customer service before. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, and it really made my stay special. Everything else was pretty much perfect, to be honest.
