I stayed here once and it wasn't great, but I returned because the view is really nice; this time they wouldn't even give me the room I had reserved, and I had booked two rooms but they refused to provide two; the staff were rude, especially the night receptionist, and the bathrooms smelled awful—overall not worth it even with the view, don't go.

The location is perfect for visiting the pyramids and Giza, and still close to Cairo (you can easily get there by Uber or driver); the balcony view is spectacular, and there's a roof bar/restaurant/pool for all hotel guests that’s very relaxing, especially at the end of the day—don't forget your swimsuit. The only downside I found is the lack of sound insulation (traffic outside was very audible); it didn't bother me but some might be sensitive.

The room is gorgeous, the staff are exceptionally helpful, and the balcony view is unbeatable; however, the hotel is under renovation, so we had a few random people using our private balcony or moving our chairs, including wedding guests upstairs. The hotel name isn’t on Google Maps yet, making pickups tricky, and the price we saw online was much higher than what we paid on arrival—pay online if possible.
