The small motel was clean and very comfortable.

I appreciated that they let us check in at 4 am on our way through. The carpets were badly stained and dirty, the shower grout in the bathrooms was yellow and could have been cleaned, and we would have liked an option to order breakfast.

We found a room when we needed to stop driving, took a quick shower, slept, and woke up refreshed the next day—simple things still matter. The old‑school approach of going to the shop and buying something was expected, but we’re writing about it now. It’s a nice change for some, but essential when needed.

Comfortable room. The door mat was worn and useless. Needed to wipe feet when entering the room because of the rain , but the door mat availed nothing
