The location was ideal for our needs in London, the price offered great value, and the bed was very comfortable. We could have used some tea bags in the room instead of just coffee, and the only TV channel available was Prime TV.

This place is pathetic. Paying such a high price for deplorable quality is unacceptable. It was disgusting: we arrived to find a broken window in the hallway taped with duct tape, a hole in the wall in the room, indeterminate stains on the sheets, a stain on the cousin that looked like blood, scratches on the furniture, and no staff to contact or respond.

No way to locate the hotel – no name, no number.

The spot is well positioned, but it was dirty, with broken and poorly maintained furniture, and you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms; there’s no heating, so it was freezing. Don’t book this place.

The location is good, yet the place isn’t clean, the old building needs repairs, and we could hear everything from the other rooms. I wouldn’t recommend it if you can pick something else.
