The stay was very quite. It is away from the busyness of the town with little traffic on the road. In the mornings we saw elk walk through the property. Our cabin room was large and comfortable. The entrance for the cabin parking was not marked. We figured it out. Kitchenette area was a bit small. It's not really walking distance to anything, but that was okay, we knew this

Location is great for a quick drive to RMNP avoiding Estes downtown traffic. Also very close to Estes if you don’t mind finding parking (which was not a problem for us early October/leaf season). Two breweries and plenty of restaurants right down the road. Estes is not really walkable from cabin. Easy access code given the day before you arrive. Spacious room with hot tub that we didn’t use. This was an odd thing for us having a hot tub in the corner of the room but i get it and can see it being a nice perk in colder months or for those who love hot tubs. Mule deer frequent the property and they are cool!!! Elk too i bet because they were just down the street but not at the cabins during our stay. Very comfortable bed. This will sound petty but… the toilet is tiny. Like a kid’s bathroom toilet. I’m not a big dude and it was not easy. Our room faced the back of a house, possibly the owners, so the view wasn’t great. The big pine does attract a ton of birds though which was nice. Probably a lot more if the feeder was filled. Deer could be the reason it wasn’t

Very clean, quiet, comfortable and safe. Loved the hot tub! Julio went out of his way and not only provided directions, but gave us a ride to the Scottish festival A++. Nothing

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable, with a small kitchenette. I would have liked a hot tub, but the hot tub was actually in the room and made noise while the water circulated at night. When we left for a few hours and returned, the room smelled like chlorine. The property itself isn’t very scenic, but the rooms were nice.

The location is beautiful and the cabin is very charming. The pillows were a bit lumpy, and the hot tub would randomly turn on in the middle of the night; once we unplugged it, everything was fine.
