The property itself is gorgeous and the rooms are clean and comfy, with staff that are friendly and quick to help. Unfortunately, both the indoor and outdoor pools were filthy—murky water, floating foam, and a lot of debris, which seems to be a common complaint among other guests too. It really put a damper on an otherwise nice stay.

If you’re traveling with kids, this place is a solid choice—there’s plenty of kid‑friendly facilities and the recreation team does a great job keeping the little ones entertained. The overall vibe is family‑focused and works well for a hassle‑free vacation.

The service was friendly, the rooms felt comfortable, and everything was kept tidy, which I appreciated. The only downside was the Wi‑Fi, which kept dropping and made it hard to get online.
