The food was great, and it was worth paying the restaurant chef. The menu and dishes were excellent, and checking out before 12.00 was a superb idea. The place was very quiet and peaceful. The spa's extra services were too expensive.

The food and breakfast were great. We chose this hotel for its wellness, but the service was not available after 5 pm on Sundays (we arrived exactly at 5 pm on a Sunday). This was not clear when booking, and looking at the hotel’s offer it’s hard to see that the BATH closes after 5 pm on Sundays. The SPA and WELNESS services didn’t mention this restriction; instead they said they were available for an extra fee, which should not be a problem. We were extremely dissatisfied and could have chosen another hotel on the way that offered those services.

One bartender in the bar/restaurant was quite… I would improve the bowling alley… the balls are fingerless and some are even damaged.

The location, the kitchen, and the cleanliness were good. The only issue was that the small bed was not suitable for a person with a disability.
