“The room is not isolated well. All the bugs and insects could easily come in especially if the light is on at night. We”
The only bright spot was the spot‑on location right next to the waterfall; otherwise nothing was within walking distance. The place was crawling with bugs, spiders, flies, mosquitoes, cockroaches, and wasps, and the bedsheet was covered in some kind of flying insect. The receptionist left at 4 pm and no one was available to address the issue.
I loved being surrounded by nature; it was a great experience. The bathroom was outside the room and the door didn’t close from the inside, which made me feel a bit insecure.

The setting on the trail to the waterfalls and the surrounding nature were wonderful, but when we arrived the receptionist claimed we had no reservation and that we were at the wrong hotel; after a long insistence and showing her our confirmation email and payment proof, she finally made a call to someone and we were given a room. There is only one restaurant on site and it shuts its doors at 17:00.

The cabins sit inside the Velo de Novia park, surrounded by pure nature and a beautiful setting. The fan has some issues—it doesn’t reach all speeds—so regular maintenance would help it run smoothly.
“Super recomendables las cabañas. Vale la pena pasar la noche allí. Recomiendo reservar directamente.”
The cabins are very pretty, the food is tasty, and the place is gorgeous. I didn’t like the price difference between what Booking charged us and what the cabins charge if you book directly with them.
