The rooms were beautiful, very spacious, in a brand‑new complex, conveniently located with all shops nearby; there was a small terrace on the ground floor with comfortable armchairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but the only issue was that they didn’t speak any English, making it impossible to explain that I wanted to book a taxi or tuk‑tuk to the bus station, even with Thai translations; a brief training on this would help.

The rooms were large, the bathroom was very big, the beds were also large, and everything was new.

The staff don’t speak English, so we had to communicate through translated messages, and during the low season in July the breakfast wasn’t offered even though it was listed.

The location and parking were great, and the room and bathroom were spacious, but it would have been nice to have a swimming pool.
