It feels like a magical storybook escape from Paris, and the food at the restaurant was incredible; the overall energy was so relaxing.

The dinner was a complete let‑down; the quality of the food was far from what we expected at such a beautiful location. For the exact same amount, we could have had a two‑course menu at Monet’s museum in Giverny the next day that was excellent.

Missing hygiene products like toothbrushes and razors is a flaw for a five‑star spa, and there’s no fresh water, tea, or other refreshments available—an unfortunate shortfall for a five‑star château relay.
