“Tokyo”
The spot was better than the other business hotels I've stayed at, and the room was bigger. Some staff were professional but a bit detached, something I didn't notice elsewhere.

The bed was the worst I've ever slept on, and they don't offer luggage delivery—you have to go to 7‑Eleven.

Everything worked out great; even when an earthquake hit, I felt safe in my room. I'll definitely book again next year when I visit Japan.

The vending machine had cheap and tasty drinks, and the hotel was practical and functional. The bathroom was small and had no sink; the ventilation was poor, so the floors got hot and the room smelled bad, not to mention the windows couldn't be opened. Even after cleaning, hair and fur remained in the bathroom corners. There's only one elevator. The TV had just ten channels, all in Japanese. Walls were dusty and streaked.
