The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the pool was great. The fitness room was under renovation, so we couldn’t use it; this wasn’t communicated beforehand and was a real disappointment. The equipment looks good, so hopefully it becomes a plus in the future.

I've had the pleasure of staying at this hotel multiple times for work purposes, and I can confidently say that it's a clean and comfortable place with extremely friendly staff. However, my recent stay was marred by the fact that there was a lot of construction going on, which hindered the use of certain amenities. While I understand that this is a necessary part of improving the property, it was still a bit of a drawback.

The staff at this hotel was friendly, and we had a beautiful view of the Mississippi River, which was a lovely bonus. However, the hotel is currently under renovation and needs more work, especially when it comes to the floors. While it's understandable that renovations are necessary, I hope they'll be completed soon to improve the overall experience.
