“A true NIGHTMARE”
We had a truly disappointing stay: we booked three rooms, but only one bed was in one of them, and the front desk said they couldn't fix it until the next day. We asked for a duvet, yet they gave us a dirty, crumpled one, exactly like the photo. We chose this hotel because of its advertised air conditioning, but two of the three rooms had AC that didn't work, keeping the temperature at about 25 °C all night with high humidity. One room’s AC was completely broken and the vents were left open; it was also dusty with spider webs, showing poor cleanliness. When we tried to get a fan, the receptionist basically told us to go downstairs ourselves, which was unacceptable. All three rooms were noisy with almost no soundproofing, and two had windows without curtains, so the rooms were blindingly bright at sunrise, as the photos show. The staff’s rude attitude when we asked for a room change made the situation worse; they ignored our requests and didn’t offer a different floor or room type despite all the problems.
