When I arrived they said they are not providing room now and have that service while I had booked 4 days prior and they didn’t even Think of informing us before hand about it

So I showed up and they told me they couldn't provide the room I booked, which was weird since I'd booked it four days ahead. Apparently, they're not offering room service right now, but it would've been nice if they'd let me know before I made the reservation.
