The staff were friendly, the stay was adequate, and the cleaning was good, but we ordered breakfast to go, and even though it was prepared at 5 AM, it was quite small; the pool was very dirty and the terrace where the pool sits was poorly maintained.

The location in the center is very good, only 250 m to the ferry to Elephantine, simple but clean. The staff were very friendly, especially the young lady at reception who arranged a taxi for 115 E£ to the airport that evening and even called the driver after 10 minutes to confirm he had found us, since the hotel is 100 m off the street. The pool was unusable (totally rotten). Breakfast consisted of bread, processed cheese, jam and chips, but at least we got two cups of Nescafe each.

The staff were good. The rooms lacked TV screens, the bathrooms were old, the doors were old and difficult to open and close.
