The hotel staff were all very courteous, and even though there was no Chinese phone number, the dedicated staff used the hotel number to help me get the app set up. Food that was delivered to the hotel was brought to my room by a robot. Over the three days, the room cleaning was excellent. The room came with a tea set that included a kettle and cups, letting me enjoy Hong Cha from the hill. There were also wine glasses and beer mugs properly stocked. The two bottles of water provided in the room weren’t enough for tea and medication, so I bought water outside, but the next day the cleaning staff left a message saying they would gladly help with anything I needed and refilled the room with more than six bottles. I’m very grateful for that kindness. The bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet were separate, which I liked. The mattress was in good condition, and a small sofa and table made it easy to have tea or a quick meal. A desk was available for laptop work, and outlets were well placed. The LifePEN hair dryer was powerful and dried my hair quickly, and the iron was also handy. The sea view was nice. Breakfast had a variety of fruit, fresh‑pressed juice, and they let me take coffee outside, which was a first for me after traveling to many countries. The air conditioner in the room was quiet, had adjustable airflow, and didn’t emit any smell, which was a relief after staying at a hotel that was smelly. Korean reviews are few, so I’m leaving this long note for reference. If there were a bidet, it would be perfect.
