Everything was clean and the facilities were good—fitness centre and laundry were tidy. The bedding and towels were the most important to me, and they were spotless. The parking area was small, but they showed me alternative spots, so it wasn’t an issue.

The location was good, the cleaning was excellent, and they gave me the last remaining balcony‑view room, which I liked. I stayed for three nights and my requests were handled immediately. The only annoyance was having to register my car at the front desk every time I left the parking lot.

Shilla Stay is always an amazing experience. The front‑desk staff are very friendly. The hotel is clean and well maintained. I like the simple and quick check‑in and check‑out process. The breakfast buffet offers both European and Korean dishes. The location, cleanliness, and room size are perfect.
