The hotel runs smoothly and efficiently. Late check‑in was a bit tricky because the building was closed, but the keys were left in a safe and everything else worked like clockwork. The room was spotless, and both breakfast and the spa were great during my stay.

The location is beautiful, the staff and service are superb, and the food is fantastic. I would book again and recommend it. Unfortunately, some lockers in the wellness area were not working or could not be closed, which was a bit subpar, but overall everything else was top.

The atmosphere is warm and personal. The room had a lovely mountain view and a very comfortable bed. A small wellness area with a garden and terrace rounded off the day nicely.

Everything was perfect the second time, with superb rooms, an excellent hotel and service, very friendly staff, and a fantastic breakfast.

The room was clean, spacious, and the breakfast was good, but the hotel sits on the street, is noisy, and completely lacks coziness.
