The rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable, the staff extremely friendly, the food tasty, and everything needed was available at a reasonable price.

Amazingly kind staff! The building is in great condition, you have simple and delicious breakfast included, there are lockers in the rooms (you need 2 Franks) and mine had a big balcony! Everyone in my mixed 12-bunk beds room was super respectful and kept quiet between 22-7 o’clock. There are showers and bathrooms, so bring your own towel! Germany (Konstanz) is in walking distance, taking about 20 min next to the Bodensee. Traveling alone felt safe! Would definitely come again or go to one of the other Jugendherberge Hostels! :). Bed was a tiny bit uncomfortable, but it could also be me and not being able to find a comfortable position :D

Great location, beautiful house, rooms are practical and nice; the beds are comfortable and the breakfast buffet is plentiful.
