“Clean, comfortable and accessible property”
The hotel was very clean, well presented and maintained daily. The outdoor swimming pool was always covered by the sun. The indoor heated pool was super clean and the jacuzzi had great bubbles. The thermo room by the heated pool, dry sauna with an ice‑cold bucket of water, steam room with aromatic shower and stone foot massages for all guests! The whole sauna world is a sanctuary for everyone. The massage room will transform your day with relaxation and peace by very skillful and professional masseuses. The rooms are very cosy, comfortable beds with balcony and sofa, modern bathrooms and full wardrobes.

Excellent location with a beautiful view of Lysá hora, nice pool, helpful staff. The room already had a better era behind it, broken shower corner door, dirty carpet. The breakfast was weaker, bad coffee. It seemed the hotel suffered from a lack of staff and was slightly “abandoned”.
The location is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. The pool and wellness area are nice, and the food tastes good. Aside from the waitress in the restaurant, who seemed uninterested in her job, the staff were friendly and willing to help. The hotel has great potential that the management fails to tap into. The restaurant service was slow, and we had to wait a long time for the waitress to attend to us. The rest of the staff were pleasant and helpful. When we arrived, the room wasn’t cleaned properly – there was dust in the bathroom – and the tea/coffee set was missing from the room, an item usually included in other hotels. To open the gate to the premises you always have to call the front desk.
The staff were friendly and smiling, ready to help in any situation. A very pleasant lady at the reception almost hand‑by‑hand guided us to the room, showed everything, explained, and made sure we had everything. The food was tasty, it almost made my tongue swallow (breakfast had a variety that made my eyes widen; I even had to crawl under the table because I overate). Sitting on the terrace with a beautiful view of the mountains we enjoyed dinner and a glass of wine. Their pools are just a find (heated, the water sparkles under the sun inviting you, and after dinner we went to the indoor one – pure pleasure). Late at night, sitting on the balcony, we enjoyed the night quiet and the moon over the mountains.
Nečekané překvapení že snídaně je až od 8. Recepce otevřená od 7 neznamená, že v 7.00 se otevřou dveře a někdo přijde spíš tak 7.15 - do té doby nelze hotel opustit ani bez snídaně - je zamčeno a telefon uvedený jako kontaktní pro případ potřeby nikdo nezvedá, takže nebývá než čekat. Personál byl po příchodu ochotný a snídani vydal i před osmou hodinou
