The owner was extremely kind and the place looks nice, but there was no extra piece of furniture or a coat rack.

The building was decent but could be improved a lot; we asked if we could check in early, but the request was denied. We arrived at 15.40, called, and were told we had to wait because the room was still not ready – unacceptable. The doors didn’t work properly, making it hard to open them. Check‑out was listed from 10 to 11, yet at 9.50 someone knocked on our door to see if we could be cleaned because another guest was arriving, interrupting our sleep – absurd! Very disappointing and the staff were rude.

Getting there by public transport is convenient, but there was no wardrobe or coat rack to hang clothes, and the breakfast had four slightly old Buondì packs with no expiry date, plus coffee pods. There was no shower gel or hand soap; luckily the fridge had two bottles of water. The tourist tax felt excessive for two nights, €11.00, and we received no receipt.

Great location near the Cumana link, and the host was very friendly and helpful.

The location (about 30 minutes on foot) to the stadium is good, and the room is modern with water in the fridge and a good hair dryer. For one night near the stadium it’s fine. Communication with Mario was very difficult because he only speaks Italian, so we had to wait a long time to check in and lost time. The price isn’t low because of those limitations, and no discount was given for the €10 parking fee. The apartment is right by the train, very noisy even at night.
