Convenient. Everything was fine.

Guillermo’s welcome was top. He explained all the rules for the shared bathrooms and kitchen. The room was small but adequate for two nights. The place is well sound‑isolated (not on the road). The air conditioning works very well and is recent. I recommend this place for solo travelers who want to spend a few days in Alicante at a reasonable price; the sea is a 30‑minute walk.
The place was clean and private.

The host gave a very good welcome, the accommodation was easily accessible, the room was simple with modest comfort, not too noisy despite modest soundproofing, the bathroom was outside the room, clean, basic comfort, and the owner was accommodating.
“Si no te queda de otra está bien”
The facilities were just okay, nothing special. The owner seemed completely detached from the business, didn't care about the guests or the customer experience, even said that it was just a favor for someone else. Also, the check‑in was very late, and the check‑out was at the same time as in places where you can arrive up to 3 hours early.
