The photos online were fake, so I wasn’t happy at all. The support was useless.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel - it was spotless from top to bottom. The staff were also super friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand or answer any questions I had. The rooms themselves were tidy and well-maintained, with everything I needed to feel comfortable during my stay. The only downside was that the hotel was in a pretty noisy area, but the staff did their best to mitigate the issue.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, which offered a great balance of comfort and convenience. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, from helping with directions to recommending local restaurants. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with a lovely atmosphere that made me feel right at home.
