The rooms are lovingly designed with many special touches. The large kitchen with fresh eggs is available at any time. We were lucky to have breakfast in the sun‑shaded outdoor area. The seclusion beyond the city bustle felt restorative, yet close enough to Nuremberg.

I couldn’t have breakfast for work reasons. It’s an oasis for relaxation, with small corners that let you let your soul drift. (I was only on a short work trip and had a tiny window for that.)

I was first warmly welcomed by owner Alexandra, who showed me the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom neatly. She had drinks ready for me to take later. She left a nice welcome package on the room, something I didn’t expect at all, truly unique. Everything was super clean and tidy. The bed slept terribly well. The bathroom was something you’d never expect. This is truly an exceptional location for the price. The second night she even left a delicious iced coffee and a donut at my door! She also directed me in the evening to a nearby German restaurant. Simply (h)earty food and drinks. A main menu and a half‑liter of wheat beer for only €18. What else do you need? I recommend this place to everyone and hope to return! Thanks Alexandra and Klaus for this lovely stay. Nothing negative, but if the weather had been better I would have enjoyed the garden facilities.

The place was super quiet, and the landlady was generous and kind. The only downside was that the bed had a fancy synthetic blanket instead of a real cotton duvet, but it was warm and soft enough.

The hosts were very nice and reliable, especially Alexandra, and we felt like we were visiting family. The many little touches in the interior and the winning personality of our hosts impressed us. We gladly recommend this place!
