“Great place. Small problems”
The hotel sits close to UVA WISE and the staff are very nice. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, and the showers impressive. However, at breakfast there were too many outlets in use, which caused the breaker to trip when we tried to run our microwave, toaster, and waffle iron, so the breakfast quality dipped from its usual standard. The room AC isn’t linked to the thermostat, and the TVs are so old that the colors are burnt into the screens, making it hard to see. Hopefully the new owners will address these minor issues.
