My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. On the plus side, the service was top-notch - the staff were responsive to my pre-stay queries and Tomás, in particular, was always happy to help with any issues that arose during my stay. The hotel's cleanliness and rooftop dining experience were also major highlights, and I enjoyed soaking in the jacuzzi tubs on the roof.

“Pleasant”

I found this hotel to be well-designed and comfortable, with a fantastic central location that made exploring a breeze. However, I was a bit disappointed with the sparse kitchen utensils and the mediocre food served at the restaurant. Overall, it was a solid stay, but with some areas for improvement.

“Nice stay in Melaque”

I was impressed with this hotel's modern amenities and cleanliness, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. My spacious room and access to the rooftop terrace were definite perks, and I enjoyed the food during my stay. That being said, I did find the lack of an elevator to be a bit of a challenge when lugging heavy luggage, and the absence of a pool was a drawback - although the hot and cold tubs on the roof were a nice consolation.
