The central location, the transport card, and the lift are positives, but the rooms are dated and cramped, the shower is tiny compared to the large bathroom, breakfast was fine except on the last day when they seemed short on people, the price was a bit high for the season, and dining was impossible because the staff were on holiday.

Breakfast was decent, offering both sweet and savory options, the mattress was comfortable, but I would suggest improving dinner and perhaps featuring more Trentino dishes.

The location was great, the staff friendly, and the spa services and breakfast were good, but the room I got was very worn, small, and not up to the rest of the hotel’s standards, everything looked very used.
