The location was fine. The parking was noisy and located far away.

Nothing positive to report. We had bed bugs and had to leave at 1 am because they started biting us; the staff gave us no support at that hour, no relocation, no refund or any response. My little child, my older daughter, and I were all bitten, and I sent photos of the bug crawling on the bed, but the only employee who spoke to me was a junior staff member; the manager was unresponsive. I talked to the booking platform, they were helpful, but the hotel never replied. We’re still waiting for a refund after we had to pay for another place and for a room inspection. I called again the next day to check on the refund, but still no answer.

It was a scam. You book it, but when you arrive there’s just a sign for the hotel. No receptionist, no bell, no knock, no one answered when I called the managers. Check this out. It’s a fraud.
