The location is in a beautiful, preserved site. The bar‑restaurant is welcoming, well designed, and there’s a nice pool. The proximity to nature is a plus.

The room was spacious and spotless, and it’s just a 15‑minute drive from the airport. We booked a double with an extra bed, yet the front desk had it listed as a two‑person room. They tried to charge for the extra bed, but after showing them the confirmation messages that the room was for three, they dropped the charge. The biggest issue was that nobody spoke English.

The hotel is far from the city but only 15 minutes by car from the airport. The natural surroundings are gorgeous, with fish, turtles, and flowers on the grounds. However, there was no hot water, the place was dirty, the furniture was old, the linens were not new, the bathroom faucet was filthy, and the toilet stank. The pond was pretty but needed cleaning. Everything felt grimy and unkempt.
