It’s a good, clean hotel with excellent staff; the towels and sheets aren’t brand new but are very clean and don’t look old. It’s very well located—anywhere in the southern area is reached quickly—but the peripheral road noise gets into the room. All the bathroom plumbing is starting to age, the towels felt worn, some sheets were also worn, and street noise reaches the bedrooms. The TV is problematic because it apparently offers streaming but requires opening a Samsung account and giving personal email details that one might not want to share.

We’ve stayed here several times, and this visit showed the team’s effort to keep the property in good shape; everything ran smoothly from the valet parking onward. The check‑in was a bit cumbersome, involving many documents and signatures, and it took longer than expected—an online pre‑check‑in would make arrival easier. Aside from that, the stay was smooth, and at check‑out I was impressed when the invoice was emailed to me within five minutes. The overall service was efficient and the experience very pleasant. The only problem was the in‑room safe, which didn’t work because it had no power; we reported it and were told someone would fix it, but the issue was never resolved during our stay, which was inconvenient for guests who need to secure valuables and travel documents. Other than the safe and the lengthy check‑in, there were no major concerns.
