“THE WORST!”

I tried to check in after a 10:30 pm flight, but the staff never answered my texts or calls—even after more than 50 attempts. The lobby was inside a condo, and the guard wouldn’t let us in without a keycard, saying check‑ins weren’t allowed until 11 pm. It wasn’t even 11 pm when I first called, and still no response. I ended up returning to the airport for the night, and when I asked for a refund, they refused.

The woman demands payment for every service and wakes you up daily without permission. She stays in the women’s rooms and eats in front of you while you’re paying. She also threatened me and insulted Filipino travelers—best to avoid this place.

Review: Terrible experience, avoid at all costs! I stayed at this hostel, and unfortunately, it was a truly disappointing experience. The place is dirty and poorly maintained, with unkempt rooms and bathrooms that seem like they’ve never been properly cleaned. The smell of mold and the worn-out bed linen made the stay even more unpleasant. The reception was terrible: the staff was rude and indifferent, unwilling to provide information or assistance. It felt like guests were more of a nuisance than actual customers. On top of that, the overall atmosphere was chaotic and unsafe, which made me feel uncomfortable throughout my stay. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and will definitely never return. If you’re looking for decent accommodation, you’re better off looking elsewhere
