“Great, modern place in perfect location”
Everything was perfect – great location, very helpful host, comfortable room. Incredible value for money for the old city centre of Venice. Some of the reviews here are quite funny and detached from reality, such as people complaining about the "lack of breakfast buffet" in a small guesthouse or the fact that there are stairs in old Venetian buildings. I believe there are plenty of hotels around that have all these amenities but then somehow people don't seem to want to pay for them :)
