Some staff were genuinely friendly, especially the head waiter who was helpful and attentive. The hotel clearly needs renovation; the reception staff were rude, and one of the beds in our room was broken, forcing us to call four times before a replacement was brought in from a neighboring room—a far from ideal fix. This raised concerns about other guests who might face the same issue. The spa offered good massage therapy, but privacy was lacking as staff kept opening doors to check room availability or retrieve items. In certain rooms, noise from a nearby laundry machine made it impossible to relax, and staff walked loudly down the corridor. The spa’s management and overall organization need significant improvement.

In the interest of balance, the pool is very nice and big (although on our last day it was filled with soap for the “pool party”), there are lovely mountain views, and the staff at the gozleme tent and Tulip Bar were pleasant and professional. There were major issues with this hotel which we repeatedly flagged to different members of staff, but they were not satisfactorily resolved. There is a terrible, dirty drain smell in the bathrooms, which the cleaning staff occasionally try to cover up with intense chemicals. We asked to move rooms on our first day, only for our second room to develop the exact same problem by day 2. The volume of the music during the ‘entertainment hours’ is totally crazy. It is incredibly loud, with the bass literally reverberating through your room, and the evening disco lasts until 11:45 pm every night. The music and other ‘entertainment’ is not only ridiculously loud but also completely tasteless. Most of the rooms in the main building (which are more expensive) face the disco area, which is very close to the accommodation, so it is impossible to sleep until after 11:45 pm every night. Not at all relaxing. The alternative is the cheaper bungalow rooms across the road, which are a long walk from the main hotel and many have views of a building site, neighbouring hotel car parks etc. There are simply no reasonable accommodation options. The staff, with one or two exceptions, have such a low level of English that most basic interactions were extremely difficult. Their attitude when issues were raised was also largely dismissive and completely unprofessional. There also seems to be very little interest in health and safety. At one point a golf cart almost hit us and the driver did not apologise until we complained at reception. On some days there is also a lot of microplastic floating in the sea, which the staff on the pier were completely dismissive about. Overall, the worst hotel I’ve stayed in in Kemer. Avoid!

There's great variety of food throughout the day, so that you'll never be hungry or thirsty. Nice shows for adults nearly every night. Programme for children. Beautiful view on mountais. Staff was very friendly and helpful everywhere. Territory is green with beautiful flowers, pine trees and palms 🌴. Very little vegetarian meal options. Crowded beach where you can never find a free sunbed. AC is old fashioned and a bit loud. They don't give dressing gowns. No kettle in the room, but the bar in the lobby is open all day round. One day they put a huge tuna fish—about 2 meters big—on a hook hanging in the middle of the dining terrace and were cutting it in front of the guests. It looked horrible! I consider it very cruel demonstrating the death of an animal and dissecting it in front of people…especially children. When I saw it, I left the hall immediately bursting into tears.
