The lady in the breakfast room (Lashania i think???) was fantastic.always smiling!! Employee of the month award needed!!. A couple of things. shower didnt work on day 1 and took a day to fix. bedside light flickering on and off

I liked the breakfast, it was never crowded and the location was great, but housekeeping was hard to get, only one elevator worked, and the front desk people were unfriendly.

The pool was clean and usable and the room came equipped with a microwave, iron, ironing board, fridge and coffee maker; however they never answered my email for about a week, the room was mouldy and our clothes stayed damp, and the air‑conditioning was impossible to set – either freezing and humid or scorching and, when heating, it emitted a foul, dusty smell.

The only pleasant person was Receptionist Yolanda. The fridge didn’t work, I found dirty towels in the bathroom, I was charged for parking even though that wasn’t advertised, and they didn’t refund the $50 for damages that the ads said were refundable.

Our room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and we always came back to a clean, tidy and pleasant environment. I’d stayed at a hotel in the same chain in Philadelphia before, and the service level here was just as high. The reception staff were polite, but their communication wasn’t always sufficiently attentive. Even though I explained that English isn’t my first language and asked them to speak more slowly, my request wasn’t considered. Also, a parking fee appeared on our bill even though we had told the staff upon arrival that we arrived by Uber and didn’t use the hotel parking.
