“Pathetic experience”
Staff were okay but the property was awful; I paid a lot for a place that was not worth it. I didn’t like anything—rooms were dirty, bathrooms filthy, bed unclean, overall pathetic.

Nothing good about this hotel. The room felt like a cage or jail—no window, no ventilation, very suffocating. It was infested with small and large cockroaches. No towels were provided. The receptionist was useless when I reported the problem, busy with his phone.

Location is good. Price is okay. We booked for an ac room and staff told us all AC rooms are full so non AC option is the only one. And the price will not change and we had to stay there in non ac for the same booking of an ac room. Washroom was bad, leaking and all. Not satisfied at all
