The stay was peaceful and clean. It’s close to the Melasti and Pandawa beaches, but getting to the west is a bit more difficult because of traffic after sunset. The room had a small fridge. Everything else was fine.

The room was very spacious, with a large fridge and sink, and minimal furniture. It was super clean and the property was well maintained. Because it’s remote, there was no outside noise, especially at night, and there were no roosters—a rarity in Ulu. The Wi‑Fi was stable and fast. The only surprise was that there was no water dispenser on the property, even though the kitchen was open. The A/C and fridge in the room were quite noisy.

I spent a month at Ketut and Dian's place and it was even better than the pictures; the neighborhood is super quiet yet close to plenty of shops. Long‑term guests are common, so staying for a year or more isn’t surprising. Nori, who looks after the house, is always smiling and welcoming, and she really enhances the experience. The rooms are huge, each with a sink, fridge, freezer, and the beds are incredibly comfy. The pool stays clean, and the soft grass, plants, and trees around it are lovely. I’d book long‑term here without hesitation.
