Excellent stay! Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff polite and helpful, overall service very good. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

The hotel I booked didn't exist. At the same address there was a hotel with a different name, and they even had my booking. It was very strange, so I asked why. They said they use different names on different booking platforms. Then there was an overcharging issue, and even though I had already checked in and my passport was scanned, I had to call the hotline. They allowed an online booking but didn't tell me that foreigners cannot stay at this property. That made me waste 2 hours talking to the hotline, and even after I had already checked in, the booking was eventually cancelled. What a nightmare.

I was initially pleased with the hotel's proximity to the railway station, making it an ideal choice for travelers. However, my excitement was short-lived as I encountered a series of issues in my room, including a door that couldn't be locked and visible screw holes. The bathroom was particularly concerning, with no hot water supply in freezing temperatures, and a complete lack of basic amenities like towels and toiletries.

“Fak”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I realized that the hotel was not what I had expected. The rooms were in a deplorable state, with no basic amenities or services available. The hotel's staff seemed completely uninterested in addressing my concerns, and the overall experience was a nightmare.
