“Cumplió con las expectativas de lo requerido”
The location is good, the neighborhood is pretty and quiet for walking and daytime breakfast. The downside is that the bathroom noise is very noticeable.

Everything was acceptable: the bed, the mattress, and the bathroom. The only issue was that everything was very small and narrow.

The bedroom was spacious and comfortable, the best part of the stay. The neighborhood was nice and safe, and they kept my luggage after checkout. The room had a kitchen, but it lacked basic items like pans, plates, and cutlery, making it practically unusable. When I called reception for plates and cutlery, I was told I had to walk down to the hotel breakfast room myself to collect them and carry them up to the 9th floor. Additionally, there was a major issue with transfer transparency: the booking clearly indicated transfers were free, but upon arrival we were told they were not. Whether this miscommunication comes from the booking platform or the hotel, it is highly misleading.

The hotel is well‑located on a busy street with cars and public transport, though it can be a bit noisy at night. The room was clean (I checked under and behind the beds and found no dust, which is very positive), the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom, while old, was well‑maintained and clean. Overall, we had a good two‑night stay. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but there is a café called “2 Escudos” on the corner with great half‑moon pastries, good products, good coffee, and good prices. I will stay here again because it offers good value for the sector. I requested a renovated room, but it had a terrible, strong odor (like concentrated dust mixed with a varnish‑type product or something like azumagado), making it impossible to stay, so they switched me to a traditional room with no issues. Suggestions for improvement: offer two types of pillows per bed for choice (the cushions don’t count, as the covers aren’t changed for each guest); the space under the entrance door is very high and lights up the whole room at night, so we had to hang a towel at night to block that space and light, which worked; consider replacing the windows with thermopane to reduce exterior noise that starts early on weekdays (cars, buses, trucks) and is loud at night on weekends (people shouting on the street, cars parking with music). These details are important for guest comfort and could make a difference in future stays, as the hotel has potential.
