There was no water.

The place was available and clean. The resident was rude, kept banging on the walls all night, and the dog barked the whole night.

The room was nice, clean, and comfy. The front‑desk staff were polite at check‑in, but they were extremely rude at checkout and added unexpected charges to my card.
