The bed was comfortable, but the bathtub was rusted, the shower head was terrible with low water pressure, and there was no body wash; only cheap, bad shampoo and conditioner were provided.

The room was spacious, yet when I checked in there was no water; the staff said it had just happened, so I expect a complimentary room or a refund.
