“Great place, small niggly issues.”

The Riad is stunning, and the rooms are wonderful. Located right in the Medina, you get amazing mountain and city views. The room was either too hot without the AC or too cold with it on, causing congestion. With no windows, you’re stuck with that choice. The pillows were terribly uncomfortable, so I had to use the extra duvet as a pillow. The shower never hit a warm temperature, which was annoying since I love a hot shower. Everything else was lovely, but these small issues made it less than perfect.

“Well-located riad with great views”

We stayed in a top‑floor room with huge windows that offered great views of the town and mountains from the roof; the room itself was roomy and even had a small fridge. The riad is just a few minutes’ walk from the parking at Hotel Parador, making it easy to get to. Breakfast, however, was a mess and we never had hot water during our entire stay (we didn’t bring it up with the riad, so maybe it could have been fixed).

The place was clean and well‑located, but some staff behaved below the expected standard and the breakfast was terrible. The TV didn’t work, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and it seemed like maintenance was only done after guests arrived. The price is far too high for what you get.
