“Staff was friendly and tried to help with issues, if I book again I won’t book through 3rd party.”

We loved the resort pool and the Starbucks on site. The room was clean and stocked with the things we needed. Pool was spacious and the kids enjoyed all the options to explore. Location on beach was also great, we really enjoyed the balcony. We didn’t have parking available on our floor so moving items to and from the car was time consuming. We also opted to check in at 4 but the room wasn’t ready for us until 630, which completely shifted our plans for the evening. Using delayed their notification of our booking so they didn’t even know we were coming until I went to check in originally

All the amenities we needed were right there on the property or within walking distance, except for a skillet, which I had to buy elsewhere.

“As we had to check in at 10pm on Friday night the security helped get my mom and her wheel chair down a flight of stairs”

Everything stayed open and accessible even though it was raining, but the staff were terrible—Oshin was very rude and refused to fix the reservation even after I was told on the phone that they could.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, though my room smelled a little like mildew.
