“average stay, bit overpriced as per standards of facilities”

The location is nice, right in the middle of McLeodganj and Dharamshala, and the dining staff are very polite and helpful. A special shoutout to Santosh, the cleaning lady, who was very sweet to our child, and to Shinchuk, who offered great food options during our stay. The front desk and reception staff were clueless about hotel facilities; they didn’t even tell us what was available during check‑in, nor did they communicate breakfast times. It took us 30 minutes to check in (we arrived well after the 3 pm check‑in time) and another 30 minutes to check out (we left promptly at 12 noon). The front desk staff need training on how to properly treat guests; they didn’t even welcome us properly.

“Good hotel but checkin experience needs to be better”
