It’s pretty decent for what you pay for.

Good location and good staff. The place was dirty, there was a dead insect, and the toilet wall was never cleaned during our stay.

The hotel sits in a lively area where everything is within walking distance, and the staff are very friendly and ready to help with anything you need. The bed is extremely comfortable. However, the breakfast selection is quite limited, the bathroom feels a bit dated and doesn’t match the photos, and the room is very small with no space to open a suitcase. Even though the price might be higher during Tet, it’s still too steep for the quality offered.

The location is superb for the price; nothing better available in that range.
