The staff and management were very decent and polite, especially Mrs. Kausar, the Sales Director and GM.

The family is luxurious and international, and the air conditioning is excellent and exceptional. Getting there is difficult, and the back street is narrow and crowded.

The staff were very helpful and even gave me a free upgrade 🥰 Thanks to Mr. Ali and the young lady at reception—Srujana, I think—who made my stay ten times better. Also thanks to Mr. Nishanka for ensuring the room was spotless with extra towels and amenities.
